Rescue Package includes:

  • A 15 minute discovery call by me after your initial inquiry.

  • Pre-Consultation preparation: You send me your current resume, cover letter and a job/position description (one job only ) so that I can get started on your resume and prepare for a choice of either Zoom, email or phone support by me.

  • A choice of either Zoom consultation 1 hour, email or phone chat about your career history, establish and determine key skills, workshop your key achievements. (this step by step process draws out all the information needed to write your new resume and one page cover letter (for one job only).

  • A short cover letter that only highlights how you meet the Key Selection Criteria - it won't specifically address them.

    Reliable Turnaround times

  • You'll normally get the first draft of your resume within 4 working days after the consultation. Contact me please prior to purchase to ensure I can meet your job application deadline.

    Additional Information

  • This package requires an existing resume, (of some sort) to assist with drafting.

  • Includes up to 2 x revisions of resume and two revisions of cover letter.

  • It’s best if there is a job that you want to apply for, so I can tailor the application OR a general idea of the types of jobs will be fine.

    No refunds available
    Due to the enormous amount of time I put into each application, refunds are not available (except where required by Australian Competition and Consumer Commission law).

    Timings

  • The first draft of your resume will be provided within four (4) working days following the initial Zoom, email or phone consultation.

  • Subsequent redrafts will be done within (4) working days (business days) following receipt of your updates and feedback by email.

  • Once your resume is finalised, I will then start working on your first draft of your short cover letter.

  • Subsequent redrafts of your short cover letter will be done within (3) working days following receipt of your updates and feedback by me.

  • All documents must be finalised within 10 business days (2 weeks) of the Zoom, email/phone consultation. This requires the client to return edited documents in a timely fashion.

    Written Customer Review

  • Once the package is finalised, TMR would love to hear your thoughts in a written review. *Just a heads up, TMR won't be able to send your final documents until feedback is received.
