Reliable Turnaround times

  • You'll normally get the first draft of your resignation letter within 3 working days.

  • No refunds available
    Due to the enormous amount of time I put into each application, refunds are not available (except where required by Australian Competition and Consumer Commission law).

    Client Responsibility for Proofreading

  • The Client is responsible for thoroughly proofreading all drafts provided. By entering into this agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees that it is their duty to review and verify the accuracy of all content. The Service Provider is not liable for any errors or omissions that were present in the drafts once approved by the Client.

    Timings

  • The first draft of your letter will be provided within four (4) working days following the email or phone consultation.

  • Final redrafts will be done within (3 working days following receipt of your updates and feedback by email.

  • All documents must be finalised within an estimated 7 business days of your email/phone consultation. This requires the client to return edited documents in a timely fashion.

    Written Customer Review

  • Once the package is finalised, it is expected and common courtesy that you will assist with the growth of Tailor Made Resumes by supplying a written review either via email, google, or FB review once your package is completed and no later than 7 days after finalisation of your package.
